This was the first time I used the Express Lube Oil Change service. I was politely greeted by Jessie as I pulled into the line for the oil change. There was a double line of 3 vehicles in each line. After discussing which oil change I was going to have done, I waited in line for a few minutes. Then, Russ, the Manager, came over to let me know that a car in line was going to cancel their oil change and the he would realign the cars in the order of service. Unfortunately, the car ahead of me had some starting issues and was stuck in the service bay. Russ, continually checked to make sure everyone understood the delay and apologized. He offered bottled water to the customers since it was quite a warm day and we were sitting in our vehicles in the sun. After quite a while, they were able to start the disabled vehicle and move it out of the bay. Again, Russ, demonstrated true professionalism with his attentiveness to the clients waiting and keeping me updated. He handled the situation very well, kept his professionalism with clients and his staff, and carried on with business. Very courteous and professional giving appropriate recommendations for future services due. I appreciate Russ and his crew very much and will be returning for oil changes to Express Lube!

Didn't receive service that was paid for. Spent $37 for wash & wax and interior cleaning. vacuum inside, but never removed floor mats, dashboard and vents not wiped down, rims still had dirt, interior windows cleaned except for the front & back window. And to top it off, they so called completed the service in 15 minutes. I didn't see any wax being applied. I was truly UPSET, so I voiced myself and left. Definitely didn't get my $37 car wash.

I just paid for a vacuum and interior wipe down. Sadly they just vacuumed, did not even wipe down the inside. I’m truly disappointed in the service received. The people vacuuming were nice but the job performed was the bare minimum. Sadly business close down because of this. It’s an employee issue. I hope they fix it before people start doing it themself more often.There are a lot of pop up do it yourself car washes opening up because of this bare minimum work ethic it has become harder to spend good money for a good job done. It has become smarter to pay less and do it right yourself. Which then leaves people out of jobs. It’s a horrible cycle but it’s always an employee issue and then ultimately a management issue.

I have never had any issues at all. My parents and children have never complained either. Quick and easy. There is only one other I use and trust in this whole area. You are safe. 👍
