Ryan in the service department is awesome! He definitely “wowed” me today. I dropped my vehicle off in service and let him know I was headed into work and just to let me know when my car would be ready and I would come pick it up. About two hours later I was sitting at my desk and as I looked up there Ryan was with my car keys! He drove my car to me at my job! What a surprise. Outstanding customer service, I highly recommend working with him when you need your vehicle serviced. Thanks Ryan! You brought my faith in customer service back!

Excellent service by Sarah Osborne and team. Sarah worked really hard to find the car of my choice at this time where cars are a scarce resource. The process on the day of the purchase was also really smooth. Sarah and team helped me get a great rate. Plus Sarah went an extra mile and helped me decor the car as it was a surprise for my family.

I can’t thank Will Snow (salesman) and Rafael (finance manager) at Hanlees Toyota in Fairfield enough for making this a hassle free car buying experience. We came in with intent of looking at vehicles and we ended up making a deal and leaving with a ‘22 RAV4! I brought my car in for a brake job and had to return it because it was making a bit of noise. Then i had to take time off from work and return it only to find out that that hey didn't fix it correctly. I'm not planning on going back. Also the service advisor couldn't find my invoice from when I had the brakes done the first time. Do they not train them on their software. Fortunately there was someone who showed him how. Not a big deal. My main issue is with the brakes. Had I not heard the noise...Who knows what could have happened.
