Cane here for my first motorcycle, a Royal Enfield. Great shop with an excellent inventory of bikes at good prices. All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful and had extensive knowledge about the bikes and useful information. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a motorcycle, especially if you are new to the sport. Look forward to shopping here again.

Great service. While shopping, mentioned needing a compact cleaning product. They were quick with suggestions. And the selection of products were great.

Originally I went in and the first guy was very little help ended up walking out with an XL helmet that was way to big. Went back a few hours later to exchange and the second guy who’s name I didn’t catch (longer dirty blonde hair) was super helpful had me try on every size helmet and explained what I should be looking for with proper sizing. I ended up walking out with a small! So I guess it just really depends who you get to help you.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
