Went in at 7:30 pm to buy my son an apple watch band. We new the one we wanted and the size too. Unfortunately they refused to sell us one because we didn't have a appt?!? Very poor experience that left us disappointed and upset.

I had the worst experience with this apple store. In fact it was so bad that im writing a review for the first time in my life. I called the store around 10 am to make sure i would be able to be helped before driving the hour and a half to the apple store. The lady on the phone assured me thered be no problem and theyd be ready for me wen i got there. When i arrived i was told they had no appointments left for the day. I was slightly irritated and explained i had already been promised service. To make a long story shorter ill just say 5 times i was promised service. Each time i was given a time from under an hour. I waited for 3 before someone told me it would be another 3 hours or more before someone would have time to get to me. This store does not care about or value their customers and you definitely cant trust anything they say. I cant tell you the astounding number of employees that were standing around in groups of 2 or 3 having little convos... im sure someone could have plugged her phone into a computer while they spilled the latest tea. This store is a joke and ill drive for 4 hours to the next closest apple store before youll catch me step foot back into that place. Was the worst waste of 6 hours ive ever spent.

Terrible service at this store. I am an Apple person going back to the 80's. I have been in many Apple stores in the SF Bay Area as well as Florida and this store is not up to snuff. They do not explains things to you properly. They will up sell you without an explanation and have no concern to how it impacts your life or if they have followed through properly. When I called to ask for a supervisor the help team person Antonio refused to let me speak to a supervisor. WOW!!! As a long time Apple person who has spent a lot of money since the mid 80's on Apple computers for my office this store is a problem to not upholding the type of service Apple prides itself on giving to its customer. I highly recommend you go to another location no matter how far the drive. I can speak for a friend who also had a similar experience in their inability to explain things properly with no concern. A sad day for this store.

I've just come from a A+ experience at the Santa Rosa Apple Store. I'd been having trouble with the charging port on my iPhone 7, and I called Apple Support, where they set my appointment at the SR Genius Bar. I arrived a minute early, spent that minute in the check-in line, and was directed to the nearest table, where my Genius appeared mere moments after I sat down. I described the problem, he asked if he could take my phone to the back, and he returned about five minutes later with my phone, fixed, working as it should. Turns out lint from my pocket had built up in the port. He advised me to never try cleaning the port myself... "if it happens again, bring it in and let's us do it." Everyone I interacted with was friendly and efficient, and I was charged nothing. Total time in the store: 10 minutes. I say this because so many of the negative reviews result from being made to wait. Yes, it's frustrating, and I've had to wait longer than I'd like at this store, too, more than once. But today I was asking for a (thankfully) minor fix, and I was in no hurry. It gave me a chance to watch just how hard the staff of an Apple Store works. They seem to be slammed every hour they are open by people who don't know how their devices work, and they perform every task about 25% faster than "briskly." Apple builds a high expectation into their marketing of the Store concept, so when people are disappointed, the size of their outrage tends to mirror the size of the gulf re: Promise v. Reality. They did a great job for me.

want to make an appointment
My MacBook Air has become very, very slow. Can I have an early appointment. Monday June 29, 2020, would be ideal (or Tuesday 30). Thank you.
No appointment needed they take walk-ins all day long there's someone available to assist you
It may and be open but I would call first just to make sure be safe
Phone Apple Care its like having a One to One on the phone.
Go to the internet tap in How to make an Apple Genius Bar Appointment or go to Apple support website at http// www.apple .com/support/ 2) Scroll down to the want to talk with someone? Hope this helps
I'm not sure but if the mall is open now I would call or go there good luck
Yes,they will take care of it.
I've only noticed that they repair cell phones, but not TV screen
You need to call customer services. Nobody helping you In the store about your Apple ID.
Can you go visit and do it in person?
Go to your carrier. Remember that while Apple can assist with certain things relating to service issues, they do not provide the cell service.
I might be able to help your friend.
No
A gazillion dollars duh
I don't know but you can call and ask them.
No
Yes I do believe there is
I think so
You will need a appointment and a healt screening you won't be able to get help for weeks if that.
Go pick up whatever you bought from the apple store inside the santa rosa mall??
Depending on the store call them on the phone if you can reach ask if they deliver
We walked in the other day with a very short wait.
No
Go to Apple.com and go to the search in the top corner type in make an appointment and results for making an appointment should show
I believe you have to make the appointment on the website
And from what I understand it's what BestBuy has been doing basically curbside
https://www.apple.com/retail/santarosaplaza go here and you can make one online.
You need to make the reservation online. Search for Santa Rosa Apple store to find the store website and make the reservation, or call the store.
Yes
Visit the store, they can help you find a training session. It will be busy due to the holiday season, but I'm sure they can help.
You probably could get the battery with no appointment, but the cost would be around $200. Go to Apple's website to see repair costs
Apple.com/support
When you want and can do
Go to Apple.com and select support. You should be able to find an option to request an appointment
You can do it in advance on apple's homepage or in the store for later
Apple.com/support
If you don't make an appointment you could be waiting for a long time. Call, tell them how old your pad is and go from there. The older it is the less likely they will work on it. I have an older pad and was informed that nothing could be done to improve the performance of the pad. Good luck.
Call the Apple store or check the internet
Google Apple store appointments... it's amazing
Call or do it on apple.com/support
Try giving call, or walk in
I believe they do. But expect to hear a sales pitch if your pad is old. Just saying.
I would go into the store and ask for assistance or find a number on the apple website to call
www.apple.com. The techs at Apple should be able to help answer that question.
Visit support.apple.com and follow the instructions to describe what your issue is. Then pick a time which works best for you.
I have no idea. Tech. Companies are about money only. They have left the costumer behind, sad as it is. I am fortunate in being a geek for the last 25 years. 😕
Just call them and if they can't fix it, they will refer you to someone who can.
You can schedule this on their webpage
Call the store or go on line and make an appt to see staff..
Call them or go on line for times available.
You don't have to make an appointment. It is the mall
You might be able to make an appointment onlone, but I suggest just calling them and making an appointment.
Either call or make one online
Take the issue to the Apple Store and they will have a solution for that matter.
No
Show up at the Apple store and as you walk in a clerk will sign you up for an appointment if you need help with something.
You don't need an appointment. You get help in the store as you walk in.
No , you don't need it . Just go there , then they will help you .
I'm not sure but I think you can buy batteries here.
Call me
i want to make an appointment at the Santa Rosa Apple store to have 2 iPhones looked at on January 22nd
Walk in
There are IPhone classes the instructor accommodates any phone you’re using
You can either call the 800 Apple number and tell them you want to schedule an appointment at The Genius bar or you have to go to the computer and go to the screen, go to the search and search for your local Apple Store and from there if you kind of have to maneuver you can get to a point we can look for The Genius Bar.. Mind you on the computer seems to be getting harder and harder for some weird reason so I just called the Apple 800 number to do it
I checked (on the internet) to see if Apple repairs broken screens. The Apple site stated the following: if the broken screen is the result of an accident, no they don't. If a manufacturing malfunction caused the break, then it's covered by the warranty, and yes they do.
