Very POOR communication from the third party vendors Sears contracts to do the work. My appt was scheduled 2 weeks ago when the tech found the problem. He ordered the parts needed, and the parts came as expected. No word from anyone to confirm the appt to install the parts or say they canceled the appt, NOTHING at all. There are 2 1/2 hrs left of this scheduled appt. Will they show up, who knows
