Just got off the phone with someone called Samantha. Wasn't helpful at all. Called to verify a few things concerning details on their website and she just hung up on me. The one star is just for what I saw on their website. Looks good. I'll probably try another route of contacting them to seek help that my Mom desperately needs. Thanks Samantha!!

I would recommend calling the Member Services phone number. They should be able to assist. You may also be able to find what you need on the GCHP website.
Call Medi-Cal in the county you are moving from and ask to have your case transferred to the new county you are moving to. Give them your new address for an address change.
