This is a nice place to live. The apartments are beautiful, the view of the mountains are lovely and the staff is amazing! They show genuine interest in their residents and the maintenence team was always quick to respond and solve any issues we had. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wants to live close to many entertainment venues, restaurants and shops, while still being hidden away from the excess traffic and noise. Most importantly, it is a safe place for families.

Just love our maintenance team 😊 Jeff; replaced our balcony outlet asap! And after our water heater flame went out; Jeremiah fixed it within minutes. Thank you for your attention to detail and always being on top of things.

Solid place to live. Quiet, but did the beaten path but still in the mix. The kicker for me are the views and that’s why I’ve renewed my lease with Falconview. The people who work here are super friendly, and Jeff the maintenance man is great. Super friendly and engaging and is always eager to say hi and pet my pup when we are walking around. I always see him cleaning up something and I’m thankful we have him here.

For the amount of money you pay for an apartment you’re better off renting or buying a home. Overpriced cheaply built apartments. Constantly had to put in work orders for the bedroom fan creaking due to the poor foundation, the window knobs …Hi Denett, we take our reviews very seriously here at FalconView and are saddened by the experience you have had to this point.
