Ran my credit and then immediately charged me for a deposit. They told me I couldn't have the apartment but tried to keep the deposit! I hadn't even signed a lease yet. Thank God American Express saw right through this scam and gave me my money back. Avoid this place.

The Overlook Apartment Mgmt Team has truly come a long way since we have been here over the last 2 years. The new team is very responsive and quick to help. They are understanding and very accommodating to our ‘needs’/requests of having maintenance and routine work done early in the morning due to our work schedule being opposite of most requiring us to sleep during the afternoon. We are in the middle of a lot of restaurants and eateries and being next to the highway is perfect for our commutes to work. Friendly & helpful team, beautiful view, very well maintained.

Overall I had a great experience living at Overlook. The new office staff have been very helpful and kind. Also the maintenance/property manager and his team are amazing. Super quick to respond and fix any problems I had.

We are current residents at the Overlook. We had a bit of a problem with our kitchen sink leaking on multiple occasions. Robert, the maintenance guy, got it all fixed up quick and in a hurry. Super friendly guy and great customer service. Thanks Robert, your awesome!
