Worst experience ever. I went there when I had covid and I was having chest discomfort. The nurse was so rude and disrespectful. They made me feel like I shouldn't have come and that I was bothering them. Then my husband got a rash from covid. The same nurse asked my husband "why are you here I don't see a emergency" My husband is autistic and she and the doctor made my husband feel like he was a bother. The doctor even said "do you expect that I have memorized all the rashes in the world" The nurse was so rude and when I called her back to discuss this with her she told me "your husband didn't give us the whole story on the rash and we didn't understand why he came" um he came because he had a concern. Because it was not normal and getting worse. This facility needs to learn human kindness and respect. Sorry we bothered you during your busy hours of 3am.

Dr Eric was very honest and quick. He got me an ambulance right away and was very efficient at calming me and my mom down when I had a post tonsillectomy bleeding.

MD Adam was amazing. Very trust worthy. Nurse John was also very trust worthy. I was in for some post brain surgery complications. They nailed it. Thank you

Be Aware, this is an Emergency Room, and not an Urgent Care. They gave my son a cup of Apple Juice and a pill to calm his tummy down. They said they couldn't do anything else for him because he was under 16. So, they sent us away w/o any medical care. The bill for the apple juice and Pepto was $1,802.92. I've made three phone calls to try and get help, since that's obviously ridiculous, but nobody at UCHealth seems to know what to do or who I should talk to. That's a good racket if you can get it. Provide no services, send ludicrous bills that include no justification for the amount, and then provide nobody to help after the fact.
