This place does not even deserve a one star. They are very unprofessional they dont return calls and they falsify your information make mistakes they can’t own up to and make it seem like you don’t know your own info which is completely wrong and they lead you on which is Definently poor customer service. Then turn around and deny you because of their own mistakes. I wouldn’t refer anyone here because I wouldnt want them to receive the service I did. Ashlyn is rude unprofessional and does not know what she is doing as a leasing consultant. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES!!!! They all need training and learn how to be considerate of peoples needs.

We’ve been living here for almost 3 years, and it’s been a good experience so far. Amenities are great and the apartment has been comfortable for us. Any issues or problems we’ve had the office and maintenance teams have been able to take care of it in a efficient and timely manner.

I am loving this place so far!! Ashlyn and Jacqueline at the leasing office are incredibly helpful, professional, and sweet! Also the maintenance team is incredibly fast and productive. They’ve fixed all the things that needed to be fixed when I moved in. The plus are my friends live nearby. Hope to extend my lease in the future.

The apartments are beautiful. It is a peaceful place to live. The staff are very helpful and prompt with any concerns or questions. The maintenance staff are very kind, very prompt, appear organized and knowledgeable. There is a concern with the security access being loosely secured. I have not experienced any problem but the main reason I moved here was for the extra security.
