I had lost my wallet at the local neighborhood Walmart and was thinking I will not see it again and started the procedure of closing my financial accounts. Later that day I get a knock on the door from the police and they found my wallet and personally delivered it to me. Such a relief that everything was still there besides my cash which is fine. But all my ids and personal items that aren’t replaceable. Thank you Vacaville police for delivering it to me and so promptly. Happy holidays.

By far thee worst city of law enforcement I have ever experienced. They need 5 cars for every traffic infraction, will harass you over dealership plates on a car that clearly was just bought from a dealership, and the list just goes on. They follow cars for being out driving at night just because it’s “late”. Can’t stress it enough if you have a choice don’t live here.

I would definitely call and ask. We left our car on the street for 2 weeks while on vacation. It was operable. Git towed and cost us a small fortune!
Do not call the police, they have absolutely no training in handling people with mental illness. Your son could be suffering from Schizophrenia, contact a therapist immediately and they will most likely initiate a 5150 where he will then be placed in a mental hospital temporarily. Of you can send him to a psychiatrist and he can be placed on medication for his disorder. Whichever one happens please be supportive, open minded, understanding, and reassure your son that you still love him if you want him to be treated properly and see some improvement you MUST be supportive and be a strong support system.
99.99% chance, it was fireworks.
According to Vacaville's property code, vehicles may not be parked or kept on the front lawn or unimproved surfaces. Hope this helps!
