Friendly people, however policy dictates only an account member can come in and replace an item, even if they are the husband of the account holder. If not on the account you can't do anything. So doing a favor for you spouse or roommate is not possible. Store was clean and mask were required or recommended.

Incredible! they see me walk in and they avoid me. they don't even ask me what its what I need. I do not generalize, but there is more than one person. Until one aproche to me and help me. Can it be because I'm Hispanic?🤔

Thank you Jason and staff!! Showed wonderful knowledge and customer service. I needed help changing plans and they made it super simple. Showed me multiple plans and walked me through the pros and cons. Now I have a crazy fast plan for not much more what I was paying before. Thank you again!

If you changed it when you set it up initially you would ha e to log into your my xfinity my account to reset it. Google it it explains it well.

Check in a front door and then wait outside for your turn and then enter. They take appointments also i believe.

Hello, I did not received a bill for the Month of June. Now I see on my e-mail that I owe 422.00 I have been a customer for many years and have never missed a payment. I had someone come and put a new box last month. Could this be the problem?
