Pros: Grounds are kept clean, friendly and helpful leasing office staff, laundry center onsite, safe community, maintenance comes in timely manner, Exterminator services provided upon request ,ample parking, and private entrances. Cons: market value rent is extremely high for the little bit of living space you have. - honestly I rather have smaller rooms to have a dining room. You can literally hear everything from your neighbors below you and to the side of you,

From my move in to now I have been happy with my apartment. The ladies in the leasing office are so helpful and really nice. I have only had one maintenance request and they came out the same day. I can see myself living here until I’m ready to buy a house.

Well I’ve Been Here For 3 years now Really I wish It Was More Space Cause Its Really No Storage, Hear Less To No Nose From Neighbors Because You Can Hear EVERYTHING, they need to turn them apartments into townhomes it would be so much better. But the first year it was a mice problem i mean even if the exterminator come it seem to get worst, But overall staff and maintenance were good for the most part.

So I have been here for 4 weeks &’ 2 days now .. my whole experience have been great working with ms.Toni .. I applied beginning of march maybe first week second week of march I was notified that I have been accepted &’ they were basically calling to do like a checkup to see if I still wanted to move in this was about march 14th .. I let them know that I wasn’t aware that I have been approved and they made it their priority to have me in my home asap … I moved in march 21st literally .. I haven’t had any issues with any type of rodents or bugs or anything However I did have a issue where my heat stopped working I had someone for maintenance come out 1 am to bring me heaters until the store opened for them to repair .. I did just meet shae last week she said she started the week before but I absolutely love her personality it was so warm when welcoming me to the office .. I can see myself here for a couple of years I didn’t really think I would get accepted but I did I’m 19 &’ I only had to pay a 250$ deposit &’ the unit I have came with washer &’ driver &’ they also gave me keys to the washer &’ driver they have on site ..
