They posted an item on Facebook marketplace that I was interested in. I contacted them on a Friday stating I wanted to purchase the item for asking price, and that I could pick it up Sunday on our way out of town (they are located about an hour from where we are). I said I could even pay online, through Facebook marketplace or another app. The person who posted the item said she couldn’t take a payment over the phone, but then marked it as sale pending to reserve it for me. This afternoon, I sent a follow up message asking when we were meeting tomorrow and she changed the listing to sold. I followed up with a message asking if they had sold it or if we were still on for me picking it up tomorrow. Turns out they ended up selling the item to another buyer. This was my first and last attempted business transaction I will conduct with this company.

Can I just say ROACHES!! Cockroaches, people, so bad that we could not take the items we paid for home. And the worst part (if there's anything WORSE than COCKROACHES??) is that the owner took no responsibility. Did not even apologize for us driving 1.5 hrs each way and not being able to take our items home. Then he was belligerant and mean. TO HIS CUSTOMERS. Because we refused to bring things with COCKROACHES back to our home and business. Unbelieveably poor customer service - and too bad because we had purchased many items from him before. STAY AWAY!

This business is the best kept secret in Sonoma county. If you are looking for anything in the way of home, personal or business give these fine people a chance.
