Never have your children's birthday in this place!!! It was the worst experience I have ever had! Total lack of respect for a child's party! Yesterday I had the misfortune to see my daughter's party totally devastated by the lack of professionalism and education of the employees of this company. I had made the reservation for my daughter's party more than a month ago, in room 3. And even though I arrived almost an hour before, as can be seen by the cameras of the place, the employees only released the room 15 minutes after the stipulated time. and released room 2 without even telling us. And to complete the total lack of preparation, they practically kicked out our guests well before an hour and 40 minutes of party that we had paid for. The rudeness and lack of education of the employees of this place is something scary, since it is a place full of children. And the air conditioning in the room we were in was not working, it reached 81°F, making the place very stuffy and unpleasant. Disappointing and sad! Worst experience ever!

Hosted a party here and found out we do not get the party room until 40 minutes AFTER the party starts. 15 minutes in the kids are all thirsty from jumping, but beverages are not being sold for another 45 minutes and we don’t get the unlimited fountain drinks until we get the room which is still another 25 minutes. There are no water stations or fountains. This is the most absurd way to operate a place centered around physical activity. Thankfully our party host was able to give us a pitcher of water and some cups, but I had to spend my party outside the jump zone with the water should the kids need more before the room opened. The best part is, my party room isn’t even in use.

We had such a good time at the Sky Zone Trampoline Park. My daughter enjoyed most of the activities and definitely was worn out by the end of the day. There were plenty of open space activities, and despite the large crowd on a Saturday, it didn't feel overly crowded.

We celebrated my sons 3rd birthday here yesterday! I booked a 60 minute private play area which was amazing. We had many little ones so we wanted to be sure they had a safe place to jump. The employee monitoring our area was great- making sure the big kids who entered were told to leave as it was a private space. Sky zone allowed me to add a party room separately since I didn’t book a birthday package. We didn’t have a party host so I had to make sure we brought every single item for a party (i didn’t want to have to keep searching for an employee to provide us with anything— I would suggest bringing all your own party supplies) they set it all up for me Perfectly while we jumped! I would suggest to sky zone that anyone who books a party room be given an attendant to assist in anything needed (like utensils, ice, candle lighter).. besides that the kids had an amazing time. I wish I could remember the employees name at the front desk who was constantly letting us know where we needed to go, where to put our belongings, when we would get them back.. and so on! He was on the ball. Our guests knew exactly where to go when they entered the facility. Great job sky zone! I also want to add that I loved how they weren’t constantly on top of us with time limits, how much time was remaining- they let us enjoy ourselves without any pressure.

Yes, you can purchase your tickets when you arrive. However, time slots may not be immediately available depending on how busy it is when you arrive. They close at 7pm on Sundays. Plan to arrive before 6 pm to allow for at least one hour of fun. Enjoy!
They do have a party room but I don't think they have a private zone if that's what you mean?
I think that you have an hour of jumping and an hour at a private room for cake and drinks.

We are open until 7 today and we are closed Monday’s. From Tuesday to Friday the last jump time is at 8pm. On Saturday the last jump is at 9
