Service is terrible! I dropped my car off at 3pm and got dropped off at home and they told me it was going to take an hour, I waited three hours and haven’t heard anything sense! I called several times and no one answered! I had to speak to a manager in sales and they couldn’t figure out any accommodation! They ended up not doing a simple oil change and tire rotation; my car is still sitting there because they “didn’t have time” and never reached out to me or communicated anything to me! They also couldn’t provide a rental for this inconvenience! There service department needs to get together.

The car I inquired about advertised was not available? (Bait & Switch?) I was told: "Our policy on pricing is $10,000 over MSRP for an incoming or stock 2023 Corvette C8. If you order a C8 the Market Adjustment is $5,000." I did not retire at 55 years old spending $5,000 to $10,000 over MSRP (List Price) There are too many dealers out there that will sell at MSRP, and that is high enough! Maybe that is why my last two cars bought were Toyota's and not a GM car.

Absolutely abysmal experience in their service department that was so bad I will gladly forfeit my complimentary service just to never have to deal with them again. As an owner of two Hyundai’s already that I’m very happy with I could never consider this particular automobile group for any future service or sales .
