Tanger outlet employee Brianna was unable to assist my 18 year old with a purchase using my credit card, that I had given my child and authorized their use. She stated that the Master Card credit card could not be processed as credit, only debit. And continued to say the card could not be used that way. My child had to call me from the register in a panic to verify with me. This card is a CREDIT CARD, as it does not have a pin and cannot be used as a debit transaction. Please train employees dealing with peoples money on the front end the importance of knowing what they doing. My child should not have had to go through this embarrassment. He ended up having to use his own debit card to make this employee happy. I even checked online to make sure I wasn’t missing something, and it does in fact show that Master Card credit cards are accepted. -Frustrated mom of a frequent shopper

I have been shopping at this location since around the time this mall opened and all I have to say is this store used to be a clean and nice looking store but now it looks like I'm stepping into a thrift shop! I was very familiar with the store manager before whoever is in charge now and they had passion and pride for the product and brand which was one reason why I came here so often. Now I try to avoid this store depending on what manager I see through the windows. Tricia, one that I will NOT forget, is one of the rudest managers at this location and is extremely snarky. I dont want to use bad language on this so just use your imagination on how I feel. Id much drive over an hour to the Allen location now because that's where the old manager went! whoever is leading this store needs to be let go right away because it is clear they DO NOT care about how the store looks and how the managers speak to people. The associates old and new all look unhappy, I feel bad for them! Before everyone seemed so happy working. Please avoid this store because it seems like money is the only motivation where before the team was eager to make customer's feel at home. I used to love this location.
