The store manager Kimberly was the worst management experience I have ever had. I don't typically like to leave a not so nice review without adding something good, but there was NOTHING pleasant about my experience today. Rather than apologizing for her own actions that I acknowledged to her as being unpleasant, she tried to belittle me, and then another store for selling the item I was returning in it's used looking condition. The item was not used, after my purchase, they didn't fit my son and the shoes were still attached by a zip tie placed there by the Ross we bought them at. (Why she apologized for the other store, I suppose) either way, I won't be returning to THIS store because of Her. 😐😕

Today was an exceptional experience because of the staff there. I was looking for a new perfume and the security guard recommended this one LOL it didn't hurt that he's super hot and smelled great so I took his advice. And the lady that checked me out was super friendly and sweet as well, that always makes a great shopping experience even better.
