Let me just say we are so excited to have gotten our first trailer! The staff was awesome super helpful and made us feel confident with our purchase and not to mention gave us such a great deal. When we went to pick up our trailer Conner was really patient with us with all our first timer question...and I would like to say thank you to Dustin!! for hooking us up with our starter kit and additional info we didn't know we needed to know. Had a perfect experience with the salesman Kurt. He set me up with a perfect trailer. They prepped the rv for me and I picked it up from the service department. Gavin gave me a walkthrough that explained everything. He took his time and made this rv experience one to remember.

I had the best experience at Bobby Wayne’s!! I have been in the market to get a toy hauler, I knew a model that was made by Genesis and is under a couple other names. As you can tell I like red, so I was trying to find a red toy hauler if possible. Genesis makes a blazen which a dealer in Moreno Vally Marjov Rv can only get. I tried to go to them and that was the worst decision of my life!! Wasted my time and gas saying they will do a payment we agreed on, they had it all written up and printed out and signed that it was a done deal. NOPE!! Called next day and said they can’t do it, so went to get my deposit back. Saw that Bobby Wayne had this powerlite which is also red and by Genesis. Kurt was my salesman, and man does he blow customer service out of the water!! We really sat there and made sure everything was fine, that my toy would fit in the trailer without any problems!! Went and talked numbers, got to a number where I liked. THEY STUCK WITH THE OFFER!! Worked with me beyond what anyone would want from a dealer. They took care of me and my family, did a walk thru when picking it up showing everything is working as it should and it is ready to go! I would highly highly recommend Bobby Wayne RV before even thinking of going out of the AV. Thank you Kurt and everyone at Bobby Wayne’s RV!!

Yes, they're closed today, but service department does fill propane tanks when they're open.
One thing to add. On water heater, is gas valve on pilot or on? When pilot is lit, ON is correct so it will work and temp should be adjusted to normal for now. Adj after it's working.
