Extremely rude when calling to ask general questions about availability and waiting list. The person who answered the phone immediately cut me me off to let me know about the waiting list being 6 years long and how they had no available apartments with out letting me finish my sentence because of this I didn’t even want to apply for this complex if that’s how they treat people they don’t know, I don’t live in the area but if that’s acceptable in that office I can only imagine how they treat their tenants. Management or owner needs to fix the professionalism in the office ASAP

New manager and things aren't getting done in the proper time frame. Rent adjustments, updating paperwork etc. They need help or something. These new people don't even answer the phone. The old manager (corina)and assistants were of great use.

Living here has been a complete nightmare. First let me mention how the management here discriminates and walks into your apartment while you are not home and take pictures of your home. I am a single female who works and i have been harassed by the people in managemet because i am not a single parent. That's not the worst part, when i called corporate i was ignored they didn't take my call i left a message and noone returned my call and this happened last year. I am still waiting on that call. Managment increases your rent illegeally and tells you corporate did that when it's management who calculate your rent. I am getting ready to sue this complex for discrimination and harassment. Oh and before i forget management also lies and says they never received paperwork that you yourself dropped off. To be honest they need to close the aprlartsment or get rid of the people in management. This is not a place to raise children. The units are old, my heater and AC has not worked for 7 months i went to the office 3 times and nothing was done. After the 4th time they came to fix it but it still doesn't work. I have suffered emotionally tremendously in the last two years dealing with these people. I was also told by the manager Corrina and assistant manager Amy, that because i work and go to school full time and i am not a single parent, i had to leave. I got an attorney and found out that is illegal. My attorney and i are currently keeping documents and building a case against this apartments and other tenants have joined the lawsuit. They only harrass African Americans. Again i have been discrimnated against because of my race, religion and because i work go to school and I'm not a sinlge mother.
