Availability I don't think so.I know they have waiting list. You can come by or call between 9 and 11. Mon Tues Fri. You can try wed and Thursday.

My niece applied 2 years ago and still hasn't heard back.
Rent is income based, 30%. If I rememebr correctly, it's the same with the deposit. I've been here since 06, and things may have changed
