I did a hold mail request, they lost my mail, and didn’t care. Had a very nonchalant attitude when it came to the issue. IF YOU HAVE ISSUE MAKE SURE YOU FILE IT WITH THE USPS INSPECTOR GENERAL TO START HOLDING THESE PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE AND HOPEFULLY GET MORE HELPFUL WORKERS IN THERE

Tbh I just don't understand why no one can answer a phone. It's super easy and can be super quick if no one was a pessimist. Unhealthy relationships will be your downfall!

Less than 1 star horrible service, pay the extra money and do ups or fedex instead. I'm no longer sending packages with usps/ doing buisness with them. Horrible service. Only gave 1 star because 0 stars is unavailable.

After three complaints the postal workers are still trampling my landscaping… maybe it’s time to drop off an invoice for having to constantly fix it. I plan to press charges against this office. They have destroyed my landscaping, they have destroyed my drip system, I have talked to the manager several times and left notes on my mailbox. They continue to destroy property.

You can contact your local Post Office a lot of mailbox have been broken into if yours is one they will not deliver to unsecured Box
Not sure what the question is but if you are asking if you can keep mail at the office you can. You can either hold mail or get a P.O. box.
