When I tracked my package, the post office told me over the phone + text me & said the carrier has it for delivery today! It's 7:13 pm & still no delivery, no mailman has delivered no mail period! Where is my package, mail, + the mailman at?

Carriers are out late pass 8pm during the month of December! I clocked out at 8pm

I don't believe any postal workers monitor this page but from my experience the package may arrive tomorrow, or possibly the carrier left it somewhere in your front yard where it can't be seen.
