Slow. Nurse and staff complain openly about work grievances. Apparently they do not get enough time off. And are not happy about the unions response. All this as people wait to be helped.

Had a thorough exam by highly competent OD Karen Wang and she uodated my prescription. My Dispenser was Ruby Heredia and she was knowledgeable, pleasant and provided excellent customer service. I was happy with the whole process and things could not have gone better for me.

I was checked in and done in an hour, without feeling rushed. Was very happy with the process. There was one girl that wasn't happy repeating info to me but in fairness I couldn't pay attention because I was distracted by her appearance (not in a good way.) I think for one of the previous reviewers, if you *need* conversation maybe make friends. Don't expect businesses to be your sounding board for your issues. Again, I was done in a timely manner and I am busy enough to have really appreciated that I was able to fit in lots of errands on my day off and not spending and afternoon on just one errand. They do have glasses on site and I was able to order my contacts at a reasonable cost. I previously used Costco, so I'm not going to pay more than I need to.
