Yes, I found mine under Past Visits: after visit exit notes. It is there, but not in the same crisp manner as the printout of your eye exam given after a visit (or pulled up by the receptionist).
No, but they give you a paper copy of it when you are there. I imagine they can send you a digital copy of it if you ask.
