Very caring staff. They took good care of our daughter and you can tell they really cared. Even though our daughter was sick for a few more days but they helped to start the process of healing. Very grateful to every man and woman staff that helped our daughter!!! Thank you so much!!!

The staff was very friendly and it shows they care about their patients. From registration to the nurses. The kitchen staff made good meals and even the janitors did a good job cleaning. I would highly recommend this hospital, especially if your expecting to stay a few days.

The staff was super friendly and got me checked quickly. However, I have a soft tissue problem on the bottom my foot and specifically knew I did not need a bone x-ray and that’s all they gave me, even after I said specifically my doctor had seen a week before told me I need a CT or MRI scan and if I felt worse go the emergency room so I did as I was instructed and was told that to the doctor and he did not listen. So I felt like that was a complete waste of time. Just to defend the doctor though I do have an HMO and I guess that’s how HMOs work you never get control of your medical care no matter what so blame the HMO not the doctor.

MY LABOR&DELIVERY EXPERIENCE: Just had a baby there on April 19,2022 & my experience here was THE BEST ! Every single nurse & doctor that we had has been truly amazing and helpful. Yvonne, Hilary , Chris , Sonia ,Tamara, Merdel (sorry if I misspelled), Magda , & everyone else were terrific. Dr.Douglas delivered my baby via C-Section & he did amazing!! Best place to have your babies. All nurses are super !! They show a lot of care and always make sure that you and baby are well. Definitely would come back to this place if I ever plan on having more children . BEYOND 5 STARS !!! Thank you so much for an amazing experience .

I think the kids also wants to meet the new family member.
I did back in 2001. It was a way better experiance than my 1st c-section.. My dr, the nurses, the whole labor n delivery department were awesome. But things have changed there.. It seems the hospital has gone down hill...
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Understanding we don't have the clinical information to accurately assess what occurred, we are sorry that meant your wife was not able to stay with you. We know this is a hard time for those with loved ones undergoing procedures or in our care where they can't be present. We assure you the precautionary measures taken were done in keeping with the safety and wellness of your loved ones as a top priority. We hope your surgery went well and that you have a quick recovery.
Hi, Marcie. Thank you for reaching out. Methodist Hospital does offer a variety of immunizations for patients, although we would advise you to reach out to your primary care doctor to discuss further.
Hi! Here is information about visiting hours and other COVID-19 guidelines for visitation: https://www.dignityhealth.org/sacramento/patients-and-visitors/covid19-guidelines
Hello Jorge, Biship Gallegos is a maternity home in Sacramento. You can find more information by visiting https://bgmhsacramento.org. They help pregnant woman and their infants. Thank you,
You should have taken him 2 days ago
Depends on where the patient is. Intensive care units allow visitors 24 hours while all other areas is 9am to 9pm but is lightly enforced.
The reason most people need a cast is because their bone is not stable enough to heal properly if you are split it was well done and the bone is in fact straight in side the splint it will heal correctly. But you cannot take the splint off and you need to make absolutely certain that those bones do not get jostled in anyway because if it's offset it's going to heal offset. My best suggestion to you is that you get the cast if there's any way you can if not man don't let anybody bump it and make sure you don't mess around and actually use the hand got to keep it straight so it heals right.
They are always looking for feedback, you should get a feedback survey package in the mail. I filled mine out and put names of nurses that I thought sucked too but I did have an ok experience with the doctor. Hope you don't have to go back. Hospital stays are not fun.
