We have been in Haldi Restaurant yesterday on 24th March 2019. We heard that they have sizzler signature item of their restaurant. We are vegetarian so we ordered veg exotica and hot and sour soup. First we got soup that was spicy however, …Dear Sir, Thanks for visiting our restaurant. We have 4 spicy levels for all our menu items - Mild, Medium, Spicy, Extra Spicy and no such thing called medium spicy. When we take orders, we ask what level of spicy you need. Not everyone will eat the same spice level. You should have just called us, we could have replaced or did a complete refund of the money you have paid. You can still call us, restaurant will pay you 14$. You dont need to worry 14$ wasted. Thanks for trying our food. Nextime, please choose the spice level carefully to enjoy our tasty food.
