I really enjoyed shopping at this Giant when I first learned of them but then quickly saw that just like many other stores and establishments customer service was nonexistent. Several times I have had to deal with despicable cashiers who act like they have absolutely no sense. One time it was an older white lady (not trying to include race just describing her) who was clearly upset for no reason and got angry with me because I said I wanted my items in bags as she assumed that I did not need one because I only had 2 items. I'm not entirely sure what she said because all she does is mumble under her breath like a coward but i'm pretty sure it was something along the lines of: "Well thats just not bright most people would carry it". After repeatedly asking this old bag what she said she would not repeat it just constantly saying she was talking to herself she did not say anything. I tried convincing myself that maybe this was not the case and that maybe I misheard so I left and tried to disregard it. Upon returning I ran into an african lady(once again not intentionally being racial just describing) who had long braids with blonde tips(Vicky) who was clearly looking as though she had an attitude or something. She is moving around the items as if she is clearly bothered and does not want to be there. However before she started scanning I was trying to get her attention to tell her that I wanted paper bags not plastic bags. She must have thought I was trying to be difficult or something because she purposely sat there and ignored me acting like she was deaf or something. At the end she tried to get me to pay for the plastic bags and I tell her that I was trying to tell her I wanted paper. She had a nerve to tell me: "Well i'm not going to transfer the items into paper bags, you do it". To which I clearly replied that is not my job or responsibilty so I will not do it especially when I tried to tell you ahead of time. After this experience I left a review on the website giving the store a piece of my mind about how this was the second time that I had a rather unpleasant experience at the location. I wound up getting scheduled to meet with a young man by the name of Michael who is supposed to be the customer service manager. Just to give you some context I called ahead of time telling him that I was on the way and everything and yet I get there and had to stand at the customer service desk over 20 minutes waiting for him. In other news, we had a meeting and I voiced my concerns to him and he assured me that they would be dealt with and that this was not the image of the store he even gave me a $15 gift card for my trouble which I thought was modertately generous at the time. I came back to the store a few days later and to my dismay the same old white lady is training someone else and she does the same thing telling him that I dont need all of my items in bags to which I responded yes I do actually and she began mumbling again and uttering disrespectful things. Not to mention the fact that the old white lady and the african lady were both training people which is crazy because they needed training themselves lol. Anyway the manager Michael informed me to call him anytime if something else happened. I called him and told him what took place and he responded saying that he wish he would have known while I was there because he would have handled it which I would have done but I had somewhere to be that day and did not have another 30 minutes to waste waiting for him to come speak to me. Well he claimed that he would speak with the associates and call me back but ofcourse he never did. I did not even attempt to reach out because I knew it would be an absolute waste of my time. It's clear that the people working there are pitiful with no idea on how to treat customers so I have not been back since and have no desire to return. If it was the last store on earth I just might contemplate starving to death before I support that place again.

Today I had a unpleasant experience with one of your cashier, Vicky. I was minding my own business while she dealing with a customer in front of me. Then out of nowhere she angrily tell me to remove one of the item which was on the counter. I'm deaf... so I have to figure out what in the world is she pointing at? I have more than several item on the counter. There's no way I can read her lip because she got a mask on. I never felt so discriminated in my life. There's no reason to berate their customers like that. As I was leaving, I did not see anyone at the customer service desk. Definitely the worst shopping experience I ever had. My family will take their business elsewhere.

Went in to this location on 2/21/22 about 11am me and grab a couple things and half of the coconut cake well if you like coconut and for it to be from the grocery store no disrespect cake good I always come to this location cake ain’t nothing new to us it’s just the didn’t have half of the coconut cake we like and the nice lady I wish I got her name took a whole cake gave us a half and when we was looking she asked us could she help us with something we was like no you don’t have the half of coconut cake just the whole one she said give me 5 min I have it for you that right there showed me the that nice lady care about customers and show initiative to make it happen and she didn’t have to but I’m glad she did this location really became my favorite just because of that nice lady at the bakery

We went in just to find things to make a charcuterie board and they had lots of cheeses, salamis, fruits and veggies to buy!
