About as good as it gets for apartments in this area. Leasing office staff are better than most. Maintenance staff are competent (That's high praise coming from me). The kitchen vents to the outside. Some tragedy of the Commons type issues but what do you want it's Baltimore.

I toured with La'Asia recently and I absolutely loved every minute of it. This was the best tour I’ve had in all of Maryland/DC. She was extremely professional and detailed. I am a traveling nurse from Chicago and do not have any knowledge of the area at all. La'Asia took her time with me and provided well needed facts about Maryland/Elkridge as well let me know all the hot spots as I love great dinner and lounge experiences. She extensively answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the floorplans and building. (I had way too many questions of questions lol) She is a great example of how other leasing consultants and managers should be trained. Sadly, I was not able to select Refinery because my work transferred me to the west coast last minute. However, This is still my first choice and I'll be back =)

Do not live here!!! Management is awful and when there is a miscommunication between management it falls on you even when it’s their fault. If you don’t understand something and you ask a question they respond in condescending tones as if you are not supposed to question them. They are very inconsistent with their rule. If your thinking about living here, keep looking!!!

Not a smoke-free property. The biggest issue with this property is the residence smoking inside their apartments and the garage. The big problem with that is you can smell it inside your apartment as if you’re the one smoking. So If you like to smoke, this is your place.Bobby, thank you for providing a review.
