We ordered appliances online and will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Our delivery was delayed by months, twice, and the second time they did not even tell us it was delayed until we called on the scheduled delivery day. When cancelling our order, we had to call at least 8 times over 3-4 weeks because they kept forgetting to cancel parts of the order. Meanwhile, we got the same appliance delivered within 1 week of ordering with Home Depot. With our order from Best Buy, we would have had to cook without a range or microwave for a month due to their failure to tell us the order was delayed (for the second time).

The one guy in the store who has been deemed worthy to price match items felt like he wanted to go on a power trip price matching said items. Had to listen to an unnecessary spiel about how Amazon prices things just because the associate helping me out pulled up a non-Amazon.com listing, only for me to pull out my phone and find a valid Amazon.com listing in less than a minute. Protip: if you talk to Best Buy people online, they can price match online and you can do curbside pickup, so you don't have to deal with the holier than thou jerk in charge of it.

Generally, the staff at this store is very helpful and knowledgeable. However, some points could use some improvement. 1. their items on hand do not reflect that of the best buy website. I went to this store to grab a camera that the website said they had 3 of. They had none. 2. When i go to a store, as with plenty of other customers, we already know what we want and we're just going to the physical store when we need the item immediately. When I went to this store in Columbia, the staff person in charge of cameras was helping another person and plenty of other floor sales persons were unoccupied - no one came to help and those I asked weren't able to help me. I was hoping to go in and out of the store. 3. When you're returning an unopened item, please know that your returns are not to be charged the restock fee if returned within a period of time and in an unopened/unused state. As I returned the camera I got two days earlier (unopened and unused), the man helping me was automatically charging me 15% for the restock fee without even looking at my return. He then proceeded to check the item, which was fine, but I spent another 15 minutes waiting for him to finish his inspection as he went through the camera packaging, packing and unpacking three times (I wish I was kidding). I just felt he could've been more efficient while observing proper protocols.

Me and my son just left this Best Buy and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were really nice, especially Skip. Skip provided outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise, especially the electronics. He really went over and beyond to provide assistance in helping us decide on everything that we purchased. Definitely will give this place 5 Stars!!!

Yes they can, Best Buy is one of the few retailers that are authorized for repair by Apple and offer Apple Care on the Apple products they sell.

If you want to contact the same store I'd wait until day time & call or stop & ask to see the store manager. Depending on how bad they screwed up you could always just go over all their heads & get in touch with the corporate office. Its sad that now days that most people don't seem to care about the customers.
Go back tp the store and tell them you dont want it.
