Yes, you can have a Geek Squad agent come out to your home in person or have them help remotely depending on the issue. Fair warning, with the holidays and everything going on pandemic wise the appointments are sometimes a few weeks out for having an Agent come out to you. If you want/need help sooner than that then I'd recommend doing the remote access assistance or bringing it into your nearest store location. You may also want to consider purchasing Totaltech (if you haven't already) as it offers discounts and some free services. They have a FAQ of Totaltech on their website if you want to know more. 😊
