My review is based on the touring process- I scheduled a tour for a weekday in the morning, which meant some time from work and expensing gas. Upon scheduling I received multiple emails, a confirmation for tour, quote for a apartment (expired prior to tour), and a notification I had submitted an application which I had not, only the tour. I assume these messages are automatic when scheduling a tour, it already made me uncomfortable that they state you are a primary applicant on a application you did not do. We arrived to the leasing office locked and empty, a gentleman informed us she had told him she would be back in 20 minutes. I am usually flexible although this was a challenge since we had scheduled for 10am-10:30am and it seemed she may arrive closer to when we should have ended. We waited for about 20 minutes, during that time I called and left a message notifying them we were awaiting the tour. We eventually left due to no one returning. I gave it a few hours assuming I would receive a call with an apology and reschedule. Nothing. So I followed up with an email notifying them of what occurred. Nothing. Very unprofessional, I have notified them to remove my information due to their clear disinterest in possible new residence. Glad I avoided living here, it is certainly validated by other reviews.

I'm a new tenant here and I'm already very impressed with the service this property is offering. Special thanks to the property manager Anna, who was so helpful with the whole process of application for leasing new apartment. She is very kind and friendly. The maintenance staff is also amazing. I had opened a ticket for just basic needs and they came down within an hour. I'm so glad for choosing Belmont station as my new home, the whole staff is welcoming and always willing to help. Loving my new home and the beautiful community.

My rating is based on safety in the environment and the new Property mgr., Hannah. I have lived in Belmont Station for almost four years, and I must say a lot has changed. However, the New Property manager, Hannah has been so great. Hannah demonstrates professionalism in her work. She has excellent customer service, and good listening skills. Hannah has been very helpful with my concerns about the increased rent and things that needs to be fixed in the apartment.

If you want to be completely miserable and abosultely HATE your decisions, deal with miscommunication and neglect, this is the place for you. Why ask people to go online and apply when they would never be attended to. These people will pick up the phone or respond to emails. I had to send someone to the leasing office just to get information on how to apply in an urgent situation. I went online and applied asap as directed and it’s been almost a week with no response from this people. They make sure you pay security deposit at the time of application and ghost completely after you have applied. I am going to have to call my bank so I can get a refund of my money paid and let them know that no service was rendered to me. This confirms reviews I’ve gotten about this place since December. This is bad business. If you need a place to move to urgently, DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE. They are completely useless.
