A & G built my pool and back patio when we built our home in 2020. Everything went well and I thought it was great. The issue has been about the last 15 months. I realized every time it rained, 2 sides outside the pool flooded. It eventually drained but I believe something is not right with the pavers. I have probably 50 to 100 emails back and forth with them asking them to come look. The first guy that came out actually said something was not right and was going to build me a French drain. A month later I called them and apparently that person had some health issues and isn't working there anymore. Nobody called to tell me and nothing has happened. Every time after that they say they came and looked at the area and always blamed it on high mulch or a dirty patio. They never told me when they were coming so I never actually saw them at the house. They also said it could be too much dog hair from my 2 dogs. Since then, I have cleaned the patio and the drain more than a few times and the mulch only gets put down once a year. It still floods and now I am told there is nothing they can do. This is my issue with them and I will attach photos as well.

From start to finish, I cannot rave more about the quality and professionalism from A & G Pools. My husband and I worked with Jordan Vanduzer on a custom pool a little over a year ago. He listened to what we asked and was very helpful anytime we called with questions. We are so happy with his service and the finished product. We started building with A&G Concrete Pools a couple weeks ago, and the progress is moving quickly. Dave Curland came out and gave us a quote and he was very professional upfront and honest which says a lot dealing with companies now a days. From design to the start of digging, all of the guys are very professional. And they make sure the area is cleaned up and safe. The project manager John is professional and keeps us in the loop about what's next.These are top notch guys and a top notch company. I'm so glad we chose A&G Concrete Pools. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will post pics when the job is complete. Anyone trying to decide about which pool company to use, go with A&G, you won't be disappointed.
