My mother is 89 years old and although she can still live independently, she suffers with progressive dementia. For nearly 2 years, we attempted to keep an aide in her home to help her with meals and to give her company. That was a disaster. While the aides were fine, my mother would continuously boss them around her house until they would quit. Then we found the Activity Adult Center. My mother loves it there. She enjoys the activities and company of the other seniors. The staff is very caring. My life has been made much easier. This was the perfect solution. I highly recommend the center to anyone looking for a happy place for their senior parent to spend a supervised day.

Please be aware: this facility is under new management/ownership...and they no longer provide quite a few of the services and "activities" that they have listed on their website. When I inquired about daily activities...the gentleman said, "Dominoes." No outings, movies, "music therapy," or much of anything else. He stressed "dominoes" three times during our conversation.

The staff here are awesome! Mom goes everyday and cant wait to get there. When she leaves, she had a smile on her face saying what a great day she had!
