If you love your pets please do not bring them here. It has been exactly one month since my family was forced to put our dog, Oreo down. We rescued Oreo in 2012 and have had the pleasure of watching him grow with us. We took him on trips with us, he stayed at my apartment when I graduated earlier this year, and even went along when we moved my sister into her apartment August 20th. I didn't think that would be the last time I saw him. When I saw Oreo that weekend, he didn't seem to be doing very well, but he wagged his tail when he saw me. My parents told me that was the first time he wagged his tail in a few weeks. I knew he had been going to the vet once or twice a week for about six weeks because of an ear infection and a mass on his leg that started bleeding. He was supposed to have surgery September 1st to have the mass and some teeth removed. The stitches that were on the mass came out so my dad took him to the vet August 22nd before going to work. He saw the same vet he had been seeing for the last six weeks- Dr. Ryan Walczak. Dr. Walczak seemed to once again, have absolutely no idea why Oreo was there. When my dad explained why, he proceeded to try and forcefully rip off the bandage that was covering the wound- my dad stopped him. Dr. Walczak acted as if removing the bandages gently was beneath him so he was going to call in a vet tech to do it for him. My dad did it himself. I don't understand how as a vet, it is beneath you to CARE for an animal, especially one that is in pain. Dr. Walczak told my dad there wasn't anything he could do and sent him to the urgent care with our dog. Upon arriving to urgent care, the vet who took care of our dog was significantly kinder and more competent. She informed my dad that Oreo had a heart murmur, so even if he had the surgery he needed, the anesthesia would have been too much for him and he would have died. We also learned that his lungs, stomach, neck and other organs were riddled with tumors. I feel terribly that Oreo was suffering for so long and we didn't know. If we had known we would have done anything we could to ease his pain, even if that meant putting him down sooner. I am thankful for the time I was able to spend with him and I miss him everyday. I am so angry with this practice and especially Dr. Walczak. A dog does not spontaneously develop a heart murmur. A dog does not spontaneously develop lung cancer. I don't understand how you have BOTH an M.D. and a P.H.D. and fail to correctly administer medical treatment in your field of practice. If any of you were competent enough to use a stethoscope both of these things could have been found before that morning. Whichever of your staff called to ask if Oreo was coming in for his surgery- you could have asked WHY he wasn't coming or had the decency to ask how he was doing. Not one of you cared. You allowed him to walk this earth in pain, surely knowing something was wrong and none of you cared enough to do your job. If it were up to me, those of you who were in the position to help (and chose not to) wouldn't have jobs. I don't understand how you sleep at night knowing your ignorance, negligence and laziness is causing pain to families every day.

THIS IS LITERALLY THE BEST VETERINARY OFFICE IN THE TREASURE COAST. I called them to get my cat Meow in for a tumor on his leg and the front office staff is just beyond pleasurable to work with and were extremely accommodating. To my surprise they were able to get him in the very next day. Dr Ryan is the absolute sweetest and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He spent over an hour with me trying to get to the bottom of Meows condition and answered every single one of my questions. Every member of the staff I saw and/or spoke with was just so nice, caring and thoughtful. They even followed up with me to today to make sure he is doing okay. I feel so blessed to have found Kindness and feel relieved I have a new place I can count on and trust in the future. 💕

I don't see why not, Dr Ryan is awesome,
Walk in
Not sure but probably
Sorry I don't know😷
No it cost $8.00 for nails even on first visit and I imagine they charge for the rest since they charge for nails.
Hi, they have to be spayed or neutered to get one. This animal hospital also offers Lifetime licenses for pets that are micro chipped. I don't remember the cost but if you ask them they will be sure to tell you. 😉
Hi Anexa, no unfortunately we do not. But we can certainly give you an estimate when the sweet puppy comes in for an exam. Or I can recommend calling Paws 2 Help in Jupiter, as they are low cost and also the local Humane Society.
Yes they do my dogs are in teifexis and it gets rid of fleas and worms and ticks
You will have to call them they are very good and nice staff and very knowledgeable
