Hi, they have to be spayed or neutered to get one. This animal hospital also offers Lifetime licenses for pets that are micro chipped. I don't remember the cost but if you ask them they will be sure to tell you. 😉

I don't know what means license, my pet not needed, just got him registered at Animal Control office.
