I took my car in to have my sunroof repaired. It was stuck shut. I was told my sunroof was defective and couldn’t close all the way. This was after they supposedly fixed it. The driver side was not flush. They also created stains all around the sunroof front and back. I had already paid because they were closing soon before I realized any of this. First I want to say beware. I tried to file a complaint with my credit card company and they sent information stating that they gave me a check for $100 to clean the sunroof which I never accepted. They have it written somewhere they are not liable for any damages. They do not give refunds. They do not have to fix your car. I believe the only reason why they repaired the car the way that it should have been done the first time is because I went to my credit card company. Something that should’ve taken a day or two has taken two months. I called back to speak to the owner to try and get the hundred dollar check to clean the inside of my car and he hung up on me. I thought it was just Roxanne that was rude. They are all rude. I drive a Mercedes and this is what I got. Even after they finally fixed the sunroof. The stains are still there. And please do not respond Roxanne because everyone that has an issue you all have an excuse.

Horrible service!! Racist white lady in front that smell like wet cat!!! DO NOT GO HERE 4.6 star my a** when they always short handed but have people in the shop sitting around. Trash service and horrible employees who think they the “boss” definitely don’t recommend !

Eurojap has always taken care of my cars the right way. well worth the price because they fix things the right way the first time unlike some other places i’ve experienced. they work very fast and can always fit me in and even stick their neck out for me. roxanne is the best also, very helpful and knowledgeable
