Went there on Saturday and everyone in the store waited over 30 min for their food. All of the orders were wrong, ice cold food, the place was filthy and they only had 3 employees working. We also had upset stomachs afterwards. I’ve been to other locations and loved BurgerFi but this one is giving them a bad name. I will not be back until there is new management or major improvements.

Please take this seriously, we took friends who have never been to Burgerfi and they left off his burger and his fries completely after waiting over 20 minutes, my fries were cold and onion rings were cold and greasy, all three of them. Our burgers were cold and the buns were steal and fell apart. The shakes were good. All the while employees were talking to friends that came in and ignoring customers. The place was dirty and tables needed cleaned. Please make a decision to clean it up or close it down. Also, put an experienced restaurant operator. We will not be back, this was our second experience of bad service, we thought it was just a bad off night the first time, the second time is no excuse.
