I first used Four Points when the passenger window on my older Lexus was slipping and needed to be replaced. Four Points ordered a window, kept me well informed as to when it would arrive and then completed the replacement on time and under the original estimate. I returned for an oil change and general "check-up" a few months later because the shop that had been doing my routine maintenance only seemed to want to change the oil and be done with me, despite the fact that I always asked them to check everything and let me know if anything needed attention. I was always told, no problems, you're all set. While that's nice to hear, after a while I had to wonder if they were really taking a close look. They weren't....within a few minutes of my car being checked over at Four Points, I was informed my rear brake pads were paper thin (they hadn't been changed in years), filters needed replacement and the car had missed an important scheduled change-out of the plugs. None of this surprised me since it had been so long since anything other than cursory service had been performed. Four Points quickly replaced the brake pads and filters while I waited, they ordered the plugs and installed them the next week. The pricing was fair, the service provided exactly as promised with no surprises. I feel much safer on the road now thanks to the mechanics at Four Points.
