WARNING: DO NOT get the Ulta beauty credit card!! Their policies are totally bogus. NOT consumer friendly. No card I’ve ever had charges you interest when you pay your account in full. This one does!!! Three stars because the store is decent. I know the store is a separate entity persay from the credit card, but I thought you all should know!!!

Alexis in Mac ruined My whole ulta experience , I spent over 400 dollars there and I didn't even get to purchase all the Mac products I wanted to because she killed My whole mood . I wanted to know about the makeup and she just brushed me off and didn't even shade match me . She needs to drop that whole looking down on people attitude . Very very rude . Lacey from benefit on the other hand was so helpful and answered all my questions , she was very polite

I always have a great shopping experience here. Occasionally, I may have a long wait in the lines or when I'm waiting for my pickup order, but I feel like that's everywhere right now. The current manager seems to always be available & is so nice and helpful. It seems she loves her job, and it shows through her employees as well. Usually I can find what I'm looking for, and really appreciate being able to test stuff out so I can see what works for me. Love this store.

Maybe look up the corporate number or at least let them know you're not able to get throughthey might be able to help you. Or at least let them know you're not able to get through.

Well depends on yes what your wanting to buy! But something that is amazing about Ulta is that they have everything from drugstore brands to all high end brands & they have better selection as well as better prices than Sephora.
