This facility is the only one I know who treats you like family, very professional, caring and most of all compassion. If you are looking for an excellent pain management come here and ask for Paula... the wait is never long, I have been coming here for years and can honestly say that they have been consistent with their service. All the Doctors have also been outstanding.

I have been going to Universal Pain Management since 2017. The office staff is Wonderful. Paula is AWESOME. You can tell she is a caring person. She always wants to see how you are feeling and has empathy for the patients. If I call, Paula is very good about getting back with me the same day. I can't say enough good things about her. Thank you Paula for your caring heart. I also have had contact with Erika and she is very nice. The Dr. is see is Dr. Alves. He is Awesome too!! He is a good listener and truly cares about his patients and wants to do what he can to help them get better. I really like that he is not a pill pusher. He would rather have you try healthier treatments such as Acupuncture or Physical Therapy. Because i'm not into taking anymore medicine than I have to and I really appreciate his approach. If you need to see a caring Doctor and Wonderful staff I highly recommend them. Thank you to the Wonderful staff here at Universal Pain Management.

The office staff here is completely incompetent, too bad, because some of the doctors and nurse practitioners are good. But you'll get so frustrated with the the office staff you'll say forget it!!! I told them 3 times to make a change on my contact info & they never did not causing me to miss a over the phone appointment that I took off work for.. They called my emergency contact instead.. 3 times .. Not to mention they are so RUDE! I don't recommend them.
