I only have a friend who lives there and I they they said with rent and utilities it runs them around 700 a month
It's for seniors 55+. Your spouse, or caregiver must be at least 45. The owner must be at least 55 and live in the house. My rent is $640 for the lot without utilities. There are several homes for sale in different sizes.

Yes, it is a 55+. It is a very nice, upscale mobile home park.
It is for seniors 55+. A spouse or caregiver can be 45 for a permanent residence, but the owner must be 55+ and living in the home. There are no homes for rent, the owner has to live in the home. When I bought at the end of 2017 the avergage price of the larger homes (1700 sq. feet) were listed at $79k. The smaller homes were $50k - 65k. They may be slightly more at this time.
