The worse customer service and a horrible doctor. The front staff was rude and dismissive. They don’t care that you don’t feel well they just want time to chit chat. I waited over 2 hours for the doctor to see me. She spent no more than 30 seconds, yes 30 seconds with me. Did not ask questions and would not listen to my complaints. I’m waiting for my EOB from my insurance to see what she changed for that visit. They also legally have to provide a “Good faith estimate “ on what the cost will be which never happened.

I checked in yesterday and told the front what I was being seen for and than she told my hubby he couldn't stay inside so I told him to go do his errands since he couldn't stay in there with me not knowing they were going to make me wait outside for a hour until I was seen due to my symptoms. The lady asked me what vehicle I was in and I told her he had left but it was a white truck and she wrote down white truck knowing he had already left. Took my $75.00 copay and said I'll need you to wait outside. It ended up being really windy and I didn't have my sweater or anything to keep me warm. By the time he was able to get back to me the PA (Panini) called and I explained my symptoms to her and she took care of me through the phone and the only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because of her. I informed her that the shortness of breath was because I'm asthmatic and anytime I get sick it triggers it. She asked if I had an inhaler and I told her yes and I've been using it more than I usually do and she gave me prednisone to help with my lungs and promethazine for the cough. Not everything is about covid and I wish we could get back to a real world where everything doesn't evolve around COVID! Now I have to hope that it didn't make things worse with being out in the cold wind for a hour make things worse as I started running fevers last night. Thank you Panini for taking care of me even though it was through the phone. The front receptionists needs to show concern and compassion when it comes to patients. Not to mention there were other patients coming out coughing and weren't made to wait outside.

This is probably the #1 best urgent care I've ever been to. I was signed in, seen, and on my way to the pharmacy in LESS THAN 20 min! I brought a book to read to pass the wait time and probably read about 2.5 pages. I applaud this establishment 🏥⚕️💯

Visit was going great with friendly staff. The Dr. said they will send my prescription, I also confirmed that with the nurse. Wait in line forever at Walgreens to find out they never sent it over. Pharmacy told me to call urgent care, started calling at 7 pm that's when my visit was over. They never once answered the phone, even was told by the automated system that I will receive a call back when it's my turn. 9:00 rolls around and the phones are off , they hang up on you and tell you to call during business hours. I understand they most likely got busy or whatever but a 10 second phone call could have saved me waiting at Walgreens for over two hours. Probably won't be going back to this place. Staff was extremely nice though.

I don't know about cost. In every way, they are excellent. Call them and ask if payments can be split up. All the best to you.
Yes.
I know that for x-rays they have a technician there so I'd assume they do ultrasounds as well. They are by far the best hospital in the high desert despite what you may have heard
No sir.
They usually let it go to voicemail
yes
