Try to return a computer that never worked and can't get any help.

The first computers I got last year worked great. The last two have have had serious malfunctions, one would shut off randomly with a message of "thermal shutdown". The other flashes orange upon applying power and the #1 and #3 failure code lights come on indicating chipset failure. Not happy.

I have been trying to reach out to them called two different numbers and yet to get a response, call and if that fails email me....i have been trying to return your computer for almost 2 weeks now!!!!!!!
