I took in my car paid for the Manager's special $25 plus $5 for the ceramic coat, the employee did not do a prewash and scrub of the front or back literally barely sprayed the front so when I was out and parked to vacuum noticed all the front was full of bugs and dirty. The vacuums were all messed up only 4 worked but there was barely any suction 🤦‍♀️

The help they have there is great people always there to help me .....This one is not okay they took my things from my plan what used to be the biggest plane and gave it to the Lava plan that costed more money but why take what I already had I videod what my carwash has been since they came out with lava and if you seen it you would know. And it messed up my wheel and put deep scratches in my new camaro
