Zero stars. Seem like slum lord's. DO NOT rent from them.. Loretta will contact you and set up an appointment to view- then rent from underneath you. Who wastes someone's valuable time like that? People need to work and make a living.. A legitimate company will set up an appointment with you, and keep it...not these trashy people. Don't "text" your future resident's and say - "sorry we've rented it out" ..... Gross. Bad business standards. Bad people who work for a company like this.... Definitely don't appreciate the waste of time and money of others .... Move on People!!!! Place was a dump anyway--- nothing like photos suggested. Good luck all- hope this honest review helps!

Rented with them for roughly 1.5 years. During my stay they were great at repairing things when needed. Their online portal was great. However, their need to deduct almost half of my deposit, despite leaving the place spotless, is beyond petty. $20 to replace the AC filter, a $3 item at Home Depot which I replaced months before. $10 to “repair a loose knob in the guest bedroom”. All they’re going to do is tighten the screw. $25 to repair the 60 year old exterior storm door, that has broken off the hinge with age. How is that my fault? A $100 cleaning fee? It was spotless, where did you find anything to even clean?? $135 Carpet shampoo??! The place had no smell, all carpets were cleaned, vacuumed, and repaired. I know for a fact they’re not going to do ANYTHING with the carpets, they just wanted the money. In the end my deposit of $750 turned into $460. I have picture proof that I left the place spotless, I figured they’d take the whole amount and I’d have to take them to court. Over what little they did take though, it’s just not worth fighting. It’s just pathetic. If this is the kinda nitpick landlord you want, go ahead. Otherwise, steer clear.
