Maybe you could do some volunteer work there on a Part time basis. It would be worth asking. If your really interested it might be best to go up there and talk to the manager.
No one was wearing a mask when I last went in. The gentleman who helped me did put a mask on before he approached, but the cashiers did not.

I believe they soon the hardware side. When you come in double doors, take a right & go down the stairs to back on the right.
