Customer service was great! But 2 things bad to say! one the drops that they put on my made me see blurry more than a day I feel my eyes weird after that I do not really like that procedure! Even if I have to 😖 no parking anywhere the location was horrible place

Dr Benjamin Mandel is very professional, great listener even ESL like me, very organized with clear explanation. I feel so grateful having him as my eye doctor. Nurses are great. I felt safer with their c19 safety protocol w very limited number of patient in waiting room. Also Besides their normal sanitizing practice for their testing gear, sanitize all chairs and and stuff the patient was. Thank you to all at clinic for what you do for us especially in this time.

At first, I have hesitations of taking my dad to this clinic just beacause of the risk of exposure and contracting the current virus. But I’m glad, I did. They’re very systematic and well organized-scheduling, communicating and following up with patients, answering patient’s and family’s concerns thru text messages timely! Inside the clinic and bathroom is very clean. Seats and equipments I’ve seen are being sanitized every after patient’s use. Six feet distancing are being followed. Temperature has been checked upon check-in. They have plexiglass barriers by the front desks and even in the optical machines between staff and patients that took away my anxiety that might increase my dad’s risk of exposure. All staff offers great and friendly service! Doctor Benjamin Mandel is very accomodating to his patient’s needs and condition. Wait time is adequate. We did not have to wait longer in between examinations/screens/follow-up appointment scheduling. I give this clinic 👍👍 for following CDC guidelines!!! I would highly recommend Dela Pena Eye clinic to anyone. Thank you all for your great service!

I went there one time by accident and it was horrible. The doctors were literally touching each other while I waited for them to get ready for my appointment. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to call me in. During my appointment the lady that was touching the doctor and sitting on his lap seemed irritated by me because I was taking to long to choose which lens was better for me to see through. Once I finished she went back to the doctor with glasses and sat on his lap. Never go there, it was not worth it. The prescription wasn't even right once I got them like 3 week later. One eye had more lens then the other.
