Mismanaged location poorly run by rude & understaffed employees. Van Nuys office is the worse. I had appointment at 12:45 pm, kept waiting until 1:20 pm and still not done till 2:30 pm. These people do not know how to keep up with appointments.

Zero stars! Went there to get a drug screen and they told me that they don’t do those until 12pm. She also told me that once the room clears that I would be able to get it done. It was 7am and there was already about 8 people in front of me. Because I have nothing better to wait until their whole workload is done. I have things to do. They need to better their system. This is ridiculous. What kind of stuff is that? Every place I have been too does them both simultaneously. They can’t walk and chew gum? I guess not. Also would be nice if their website specified that information. I know because i was looking on it to get some information on what i needed to bring to get my panel done and even that information was vague. Doesn’t help people who are doing job drug screens. They only give you information for labs online. Nothing for drugs screens.
