False advertising. Called this place because its website advertises a mobile clinic where they can come give you a hearing test where you live, but receptionist said they don't do that any longer because of the pandemic. They need to take it off their website. We had high hopes of getting a much needed hearing test for my 84 yr old father in the hospital. Reply to Dr Cohen: Sorry but your receptionist said you no longer offer mobile services since the pandemic began. She should be re-trained.

This was a total mistake in the visits made to this office and seemingly lack of interest by the audiologist in how the owner cared less of how things ran in her office and how the staff misguided the truth. My previous review was never edited to the accuracy of the performance of this office and that I apologize to the readers that may not have received this timely. They overbilled and were untruthful of facts about scheduled appointment. I was asked to write the original review, which I had and when had the experiences that I received causing the force to change offices, I had forgotten this review was still outstanding. I hope this may help others!

Dr. Cohen is an amazing audiologist! She has helped me when my ENT gave me no hope. She came in on a Sunday to treat me before I was even her patient since she understood the way I was feeling. She is a highly skilled, compassionate, educated and beautiful person. I will be eternally grateful for her kindness, empathy, and dedication.

I have visited her for almost 2 years. she is very nice, high education person, and can understand patients' problems to solve. when I'm visiting her and taking her season, it feels me that my life is getting improved. I'm telling how to story started. We heard about Dr. Cohen from an advertise on a Persian radio. After that we went to met her to update my hearing aid program. while meeting she was suggesting us to take a season with her to improve my speech and hearing. one year later she suggested to have a cochlear implant. it took long for me to make a final decision to get surgery. After surgery with cochlear, we started more practicing during taking her season. it was so hard to get goal to hear like normal people. since I got cochlear, I can hear much better than before! I'm still taking her season to get final goal! So she changed my life and I recommend you to visit her if you have hearing problems.
